Place to eat and drink




In our pleasant eating place in the farmstead – with a cracking fire during the cold periods – we serve an extensive breakfast with Czech rolls and fresh products. Lunch is served with a standard hot dish, for instance soup or an omelette. Dinner consists of a simple, but  solid three-course menu.





During the summer period you can eat and drink on our enjoyable open-air patio. Before dinner you can choose from menus of the day or you can order a la carte. We organise weekly barbecues and we prepare special meals, such as pancakes or a meal  according to Czech recipes.


Swimming pool



During the warm months the swimming pool is of course a nice place to stay, both in and near the water..


   
Playing facilities




Children can play to their heart’s content outside or in the big barn.
 





In the barn you can, amongst other things, make use of  table football, the table-tennis table and various party games. For a spontaneous performance the barn is an extremely suitable place, too.


Rental bikes




Cycling fans can eat their heart out in the surroundings of Guesthouse Kožlí. Surprising panoramas, fields and stretches of woodland, picturesque villages, lakes and rivulets…..Up the hill in the smallest gear and when you are on top, wonderfully free downhill. On the way  you eat an apple from the apple-tree along the road or you swim in a lovely lake. Cycling in the Czech Republic is a nice experience indeed.

Even if you did not bring your own bike to the Czech Republic it is possible to discover Southern Bohemia by bike. We have mountain bikes for hire both for children and adults. These bikes make you feel comfortable on the road as well as in the woods or on the cart tracks.

The bikes for adults come in two sizes. They have 21 gears, an aluminium frame, Shimano parts and are equippes with a.o. a repair-kit and a luggage carrier. For children from the age of 7 or 8 we provide bikes with 3 gears and these too are equipped with thick tyres.The rental price is 250 Kc a day: if rented for 7 days you only pay 6. 


Car rental 



Some of our guests arrive in Kožlí by plane, train or bus (via Prague) and want to be mobile on the spot. Car company Martin Kovarik in Blatná rents out Skodas of various types: Felicia, Fabia and Fabia Combi  and Ocvtavia and Octavia Combi. The cars are between 1 and 4 years old and in excellent condition.

A Felicia costs about 420 Kc a day and an Octavia combi 1500 Kc(ex 19 % VAT). The prices of the other models vary in between. When renting for more than one day the price decreases accordingly. Should you be interested in renting a car via this company, please contact us for further information.



And furthermore




Other facilities of the Guesthouse are the central fireplace, the sale of bread during the high season and the possibility to make use of the washing-machine and dryer. Furthermore you can use a children’s play-pen and highchair , we supply tourist information to measure and we have a pick-up and see-off service. More information on this subject on demand. To safeguard the rural character of the place there is a separate parking facility near the  Guesthouse.
