Campsite

The campsite of the Guesthouse offers good lots for caravans, mobile homes or tents. The farmstead of the Guesthouse is surrounded by a natural stone wall. Within this wall there are a number of camping lots fitted with electricity and amongst other things the sanitary facilities, the patio and the swimming-pool. The sanitary facilities have been housed in a new building. 

You can also put up your tent on a field surrounded by wood and meadows offering a unique view and a good chance of the presence of grazing deer in the late afternoon. On this site you will find camping in its purest form. No electricity but the necessary facilities at a short distance.

Winter campers, too, will be provided for: a heated outside-bathroom is part of the Guesthouse.

If you want to make use of our campsite outside the high season, we recommend booking in advance.

Furnished tents

If you do not own a tent and yet feel like camping you can rent a furnished tent. All our tents are storm-proof, fitted with fixed groundsheets and have headroom. There are  number of different tents for rent:

De Waard tent, type Albatros
(living pace 420 x 200, sleeping areas: 2 times 210X240)
A comfortable, beautifully styled tent of great quality (sleeps four).  The two sleeping areas are next to eachother and are separated by means of a curtain.

De Waard tent, type Zilvermeeuw
(living space: 300 x 150, sleeping area: 300 x 230). 
This tent is the slightly smaller variant of the Albatros and suitable for three. By means of a curtain it is possible to divide the sleeping compartment into two sections.

Outwell, type Hartford plus
(living pace 330 x 300, 2 sleeping areas of 215 x 155).
This spacious four sleeper is supplied with an inner- and outer tent (polyester).The two separate sleeping areas are situated opposite each other.

Karsten tent, type 300
(living/sleeping area 300X300).
The material of this inflatable and extremely solid 2/3 dome-tent is of a heavy quality This tent is not fitted with a separate sleeping area.

The inventory of the above mentioned tents consists of:

Table with chairs, air-mattresses, kitchenette including kitchen-utensils, a gas-burner with two rings, jerrycan, materials for washing and cleaning up, lighting, cool box with refrigerating elements. It is possible to rent an electric cool box for as long as supplies last.

Besides the above furnished tents it is also possible to rent tents for two without inventory.
